At Hitsquad Ninja & Parkour Gym, we’re proud to offer Arizona’s premier competitive Ninja Warrior training and elite parkour competition programs for dedicated athletes ready to elevate their skills to championship levels. Our competitive teams represent Hitsquad across Arizona, the southwestern region, and international competitions, showcasing world-class ninja warrior techniques and advanced parkour skills on the sport’s biggest stages.
Ninja Warrior Team
Our Ninja Team is divided into two levels: Advanced and Elite. Both groups train with intensity and focus, building strength, speed, and technical skill to prepare for competitions at every level. Whether competing locally, regionally, or on the world stage, our Ninja athletes gain the confidence and experience needed to thrive under pressure.
Parkour Team
Our Parkour Team trains athletes to master flow, creativity, and power in movement. From freestyle runs to dynamic skill challenges, our Parkour competitors push boundaries and test their abilities against athletes across the state and beyond.
Training Requirements
All competitive team athletes practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with dedicated coaching and structured training designed to maximize growth and performance. Unlike recreational programs, there is no age requirement—only skill level determines placement.
If your child is ready for more, we encourage you to contact us for an evaluation. Please note that competitive training is intense, and if an athlete isn’t yet at the required level, we’ll recommend placement in the right recreational class to help them develop the skills they need to join a team in the future.

Ninja & Parkour 2025-2026 Competition Schedule
Please note that each ninja warrior and parkour competition has its own independent registration and fees, which are the responsibility of each individual family. You do not need to be on a Hitsquad competition team to participate in Arizona ninja warrior competitions or regional parkour events. If you’re able and interested, we highly encourage signing up for as many competitions as possible to gain exposure to different obstacles, environments, and to be part of these amazing ninja warrior and parkour communities. There are no extra coaching fees—just let your coach know once you’ve registered for any ninja or parkour competition, and we’ll be there to support you!

First Competitors Ninja
Beginner Competitions
- No NinjaWorks or Ninja Master accounts required.
- Simply sign up directly on the hosting gym’s website using the link provided.
Step 1: Create a NinjaWorks & Ninja Master ID Account
- You can create a NinjaWorks ID here. You will need this for all of your competitions & Ninja Master ID.
- For select competitions you will also need a Ninja Master ID. You can create one here. This is where you will sign up for select leagues. You do not need to pay for the Ninja Master App to register. It will prompt you to but you can skip this as it is not required for competitions.
WNL (World Ninja League) Competitions
- NinjaWorks ID is required.
- Registration is done through the hosting gym’s website.
UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association), FINA (Federation of International Ninja Athletics) & NSC (Ninja Sport Championships) Competitions
- NinjaWorks ID is required.
- Registration happens inside the Ninja Master App, not on the hosting gym’s website.
First Time Competitors Parkour
USPK
Step 1: Paperwork
- Families will need to complete required USPK paperwork closer to the start of the season.
- These forms ensure your athlete is cleared to compete and are required before any event registration.
Step 2: USPK Account & Fee
- Each athlete must create a USPK account on the official USPK website.
- A small registration fee will apply.
Step 3: Event Sign-Up
- Once registered, athletes can sign up for individual USPK events directly through their account.
- Important: Please notify Coach Pete each time your athlete signs up so we can ensure a coach is present for support and guidance.
